For the curd cheese patties, cook the patties according to the instructions on the package. Towards the end of the cooking time, fry the bacon cubes and add sour cream and curd cheese without further heating, season with salt and pepper.

Strain the meatballs and either mix with the curd mixture or pour it over the meatballs. This goes very well with leaf salad.
