Instructions:

Finely chop onion and brown in hot oil. Cut beef into strips and fry briefly. Dust with flour and stir in curry. Deglaze with white wine, reduce slightly. Cover with beef broth and let cook for about 25 minutes. Cut pineapple into pieces and apples into small cubes and add to the meat. Season with salt and pepper and boil down with whipped cream to a creamy consistency.
