Instructions:

For the cranberry tart, first preheat the oven to 200 °C. Separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites until firm.

Beat butter, sugar and egg yolks until firm. Slowly stir in ground nuts, baking powder and cocoa. At the end, gently fold in snow. Bake for half an hour.

Allow gelatine to swell in a little juice, then mix into the hot cranberries and allow to cool again. Fold in whipped cream. Spread the cranberry mixture on the cake base and let it set. Serve the cranberry tart.
