A simple but delicious cake recipe:

Put red wine with 20 g vanilla bean, honey, sugar, cardamom, star anise, cinnamon stick, cloves, zest of one orange and lemon in a saucepan, boil, make 3 min, strain and then boil to 150 ml.

Beat egg yolks with eggs, 180 g sugar, cinnamon and zest of two oranges until creamy. Mix flour, chocolate chips and nuts, season with a little grated nutmeg. Fold everything into the egg mixture. Mix the melted butter with the reduction and fold into the cake mixture. Stir everything well.

Divide the dough evenly into eight small greased pans and bake in the oven at 180 °C (convection oven) for about 16 minutes. Cool the small cakes a little bit, turn them out onto parchment paper to make the surface smooth.
