For the chocolate slices, beat the eggs well with the sugar.
Melt the coconut oil and soak the cooking chocolate in it. Then stir into the drift.
Fold in raisins, butter cookies broken into small pieces, sliced arancini, candied lemon peel and chopped nuts, if desired.
Line a pan with wafers. Pour in the mixture and smooth it out. Once again line with wafers, weigh down and refrigerate.
The chocolate slices can be cut into small cubes the next day and are ready to eat.
