Instructions:

For the sauce, put all the ingredients in the blender and puree. Break open the shell of the crabs and cut crabs into quarters. Cut the larger legs as well as the claws with household scissors to make them easier to open when eating. Cut carrot into strips about 1 cm long. Cut cucumber in half lengthwise, remove seeds and cut into crescent shapes. Cut the kuchai leaves or young onion greens into strips as well, the bell bell pepper and onion into larger pieces, and the chili peppers diagonally into pieces about 1 cm long. Heat a wok (or heavy pan), pour in oil and fry the crab pieces in it for 3 minutes. Then add the vegetables and fry them. Pour the prepared sauce into the wok and let everything cook, still covered, for 2 minutes. Arrange in bowls and serve.
