*****- Preparation – ***** Rinse the chili peppers, remove the stalk and pound them in a mortar or cut them into fine rings (do not forget to rinse your hands afterwards).
Remove the skin from the garlic and chop finely. Mix in a small baking bowl with the chilies, the fish sauce and the juice of one lemon.
Rinse the cilantro. Finely chop the stem as well as the leaves and add to the chili sauce form.
