Instructions:

Skin the chicken and remove the meat from the bones. Cut into bite-sized pieces. Halve dates, remove seeds and skin.

Cut dates into lengthwise strips. Fillet oranges, reserving juice in a large baking bowl. Cut pineapple into pieces.

Mix orange juice with mayo and crème fraîche. Season with salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Mix all prepared ingredients with salad dressing and arrange on lettuce leaves.

Chop walnuts and sprinkle on the lettuce.
