For the chai biscuits, beat the egg whites with the salt until stiff, then sift in the powdered sugar while continuing to stir. Stir in the ground hazelnuts and the chai kiss spice mix.

Line a baking tray with baking paper and preheat the oven to 100 degrees. Use 2 spoons to make mounds of the mixture on the tray. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

Bake the Chai-Busserl for about 55 to 60 minutes on the lowest rack in the oven.
