Instructions:

For the canary milk, whisk the yolks, sugar and custard powder with a little 1/8 l of milk. Bring water to a boil in a saucepan.

Bring remaining milk to a boil and pour in yolk mixture, whisking constantly. Pour into a sheet pan and beat over steam until a thick foam forms.

Serve immediately warm.
