1. fry bacon until crisp.
2. cut camenbert into slices. Pear rinse, quarter, core and cut diagonally into narrow wedges.
3. rinse a few raddicchio leaves, torecntup.
4. toast bread and spread with butter, top with salt, cheese and pear. (Bake in oven for 15 min to taste). Break bacon into pieces and spread evenly on top.
