Instructions:

Butter beet + potato. Peel, cut into small pieces. Onion to be diced. Goose meat in 1 L. Water. Add salt, onion, pepper, corn, pinch of sugar, greens. Cook for 1 hour.

Add kohlrabi and potatoes, simmer for 30 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and serve with fresh parsley.
