For the breakfast muffins, preheat the oven to 195 °C. Beat the eggs, add the cheese, chopped tomatoes and milk, salt and pepper and mix well.
Roll out the toast slices with a rolling pin, cut them at the corners and grease them with a brush. Place in the muffin tin with the greased side down, straightening the corners.
Then fill with egg mixture and bake for 15-20 minutes. Arrange and enjoy
