Instructions:

Pour the milk over the rolls and soak for about 15 min.

Chives and eggs to the bun mass form, season with salt and pepper and knead lightly together.

Divide cheese into eight portions.

With slightly moistened hands, form eight dumplings from the quantity, forming one unit of cheese in the center of each.

Dumplings in boiling salted water form and cook at low temperature for about 20 min.

Serve with herb sauce and mixed leaf salad
