For the banana-kiwi smoothie, peel the bananas and kiwis, coarsely chop both and puree in a blender. Squeeze the lemon and add the juice to the fruit puree together with the orange juice.

Blend again, stir in the yogurt and season the smoothie with honey to taste.

Place the finished smoothie in the refrigerator for at least one hour and serve preferably with ice cubes.
