Instructions:

Brush four equal pieces of aluminum foil with a little butter. Clean the leeks, peel the carrots and celery, wash with the zucchini. Cut leeks into rings, carrots and celery into sticks, clean zucchini and also cut into sticks. Spread the vegetables on the aluminum foil. Wash salmon fillet, pat dry and place on top of vegetables. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, wine and lemon juice and top with a thin slice of Gorgonzola. Close the aluminum foil and cook in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20-25 minutes. Open the aluminum pack and serve the vegetables and fish on plates as desired.
