Homemade baby food – First complementary food
For the parsnip-zucchini beef porridge, wash, peel and dice the parsnip and earth apple.
Wash the zucchini and cut away the stem and flower base. Cut in half lengthwise, remove any seeds and dice. Cook together in a little water over low heat until tender. Drain.
Rinse beef in cold water and remove visible tendons and fat. Cut into cubes and cook in a little water over low heat until tender. Mix meat, vegetable and potato cubes, add a little cooking water and puree with a hand blender. Now stir in the fruit juice and oil into the parsnip-zucchini-beef porridge.
