Instructions:

Sunflower Buns: Put baking powder, sunflower seeds, flour and salt in a bowl, mix well. Add curd cheese, sour cream and milk. Knead everything into an elastic dough, shape it into balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread with cream and sprinkle with sunflower seeds. Bake in a heated oven at 200 °C for 25 min.

Peel avocado, cut into small cubes. Immediately mix with canola oil, juice of one lemon, salt and pepper. Add leek and tomatoes cut into small cubes. Peel the egg, chop and add.

Chop parsley, garlic and shallot and add. Mix well, season with mustard, cayenne pepper and Worcester sauce.
