Instructions:

For the Asian celery mushroom pan, wash the celery stalks and slice diagonally.

Clean the mushrooms as well and cut them into slices. Heat the peanut oil in a pan and sauté the celery slices.

Add the mushrooms and season with salt and pepper. Saute everything together for 5 minutes. Add sherry, soy sauce and sugar and bring to a boil briefly.

Arrange the Asian celery and mushroom pan, garnish with cilantro if desired and serve.
