Instructions:

For the artichoke pasta salad, cook the pasta al dente in salted water according to the package instructions. Rinse with cold water and mix in a little olive oil to prevent the pasta from sticking together.

Drain the liquid from the artichoke hearts from the can or jar. Cut artichoke hearts into bite-sized pieces.

Wash herbs, pat dry and pluck or chop.

Remove side walls, stalk and seeds from chili and chop finely.

Mix the cooked pasta with the artichokes. Season with nutmeg, chili and fresh herbs and mix well.

Mix all ingredients for the dressing and marinate the pasta salad with it. Season with salt and pepper.

Leave the artichoke pasta salad in the refrigerator for an hour and then serve at room temperature.
