For the applesauce golaches, peel, core and chop apples. Saute over low heat until very soft, puree with a hand blender, season with honey, cinnamon and clove powder.

Roll out the puff pastry and divide into 10 rectangular pieces, brush the edges with water. Put some of the applesauce on one half, make 4 diagonal cuts in the other half, fold together.

Place on a coated baking tray. Bake in the preheated oven at 180 °C for about 20 minutes until golden. When cooled, sprinkle with sugar.
