Try this delicious cake recipe:

1. knead a smooth dough from flour, baking powder, 1 pinch of egg, salt, butter, powdered sugar, 2 tbsp water and lemon zest. Divide the dough into 2 portions and press a little flat. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill for at least 2 hours 2. For the filling, cut apples into small pieces and marinate in rum. Chop walnuts into small pieces. Finely grate marzipan on a household grater. 4 Mix sugar, egg yolks, vanilla sugar and marzipan with the whisk of a mixer until creamy. Fold in apples with rum and walnuts, season with cinnamon, gingerbread spice and 1 pinch of salt.
