For the acorn bread, mix flour and salt. Dissolve yeast in a little water and stir in.
Gradually add 500 to 750 ml lukewarm water. Knead the dough thoroughly and let it rise in a warm place for 2 hours.
Knead in the acorn flour and work thoroughly!
The dough must be kneaded very firmly so that it does not fall apart.
Form an oblong loaf and place on the floured baking sheet.
Score the top several times with a kitchen knife and let the bread rise again.
Place in the preheated hot oven and bake the acorn bread at medium heat for 60 to 80 min.
