For the Chili Con Carne, fry minced meat and chopped onions until hot, season. Then add bell bell pepper.
At the same time, in a large saucepan, heat corn, drained beans and tomatoes. Add garlic and Turkish paprika, and a few dashes of Tabasco.
When the mince is ready, add it and simmer gently on low.
Serve with fresh onion rings.
