For the coconut cake mix Veggegg with water, stir in Alsana, then add the coconut milk, sugar and vanilla sugar.

Mix everything well, set aside some of the coconut flakes for sprinkling (2 tablespoons approx.). Mix flour with baking powder, then mix all ingredients together.

Grease a cake pan with Alsana. Pour the mixture into the pan and bake at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes, test with chopsticks!

Turn the finished Gugelhupf out of the mold onto a rack, spread with hot jam when cool and sprinkle with coconut flakes.
