For the blinis: Mix the flour with buckwheat flour, sugar, yeast and a good pinch of salt. Add milk and eggs and mix until smooth.
Heat the oil in a frying pan. Bake 6 round pancakes (20 cm O) on each side for 3 minutes. Drain on kitchen roll.
Mix the sour cream with the finely chopped dill and salt and pepper. Spread on the pancakes and top with the smoked halibut. Spread the caviar evenly on top.
Finely dice the onion and spread evenly over the pancakes. Then roll up the pancakes in cling film, unwrap and cut into slices.
Tip: It is best to use your favorite ham – then your dish tastes twice as good!
