Clean the whitefish. Mix the juice of one lemon and Worcester sauce of your choice and marinate the whitefish in it. Then turn the fish in flour on the other side and fry them in oil in Müllerin style from both sides. Fillet the fish and arrange on a buttered plate. Brown half of the butter slightly, add mushrooms, capers and parsley and season with salt and pepper. Dice the tomatoes and sauté in the remaining butter until soft. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper. Mushrooms and tomato cubes over the fish fillets form and bring to the table with parsley and lemon slices.
