Instructions:

For the polenta dumplings boil milk water with butter, salt, pepper and nutmeg polenta (corn semolina) while stirring and cook on low heat for about 10 minutes.

Cover and let cool, then knead in the yolk. Form 6 dumplings and simmer them in lightly boiling salted water for about 10 minutes.
