Peel and hollow out the apples and grate with lemon.
Bring stock ingredients to a boil, pour in apples and steep for 3 min. Bind lightly with cornstarch. Steep the apples in this stock for three days.
Take out oranges and lime slices, chop them with marzipan, and fill this mixture into the apples. Serve in a deep dish with the stock.
