For the cheese sticks dig a small pit in the flour and crumble yeast in it. Spread sugar and salt on yeast and empty 1 tablespoon of water into the pit.
Then add milk and water and mix with dough hook. If the dough is too sticky, add some more flour.
Let the dough rise for about 20 minutes in a warm place. Then form rolls, brush with water and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in the oven at 180 °C for about 20 minutes.
