Meatballs sweet and sour Luukschin Priau Wan
Preparation in about 35 min.
Peel and crush garlic cloves, mix with pepper and salt. Add the minced meat and knead. Form meat into firm balls about 2 cm in diameter. Drain the pineapple. Rinse peppers, remove seeds and cut into cubes of about 1 cm. Mix a sauce of fish sauce, rice vinegar, 5 tablespoons water, sugar and cornstarch. Heat oil in a frying pan or wok, add meatballs and fry until brown. Add pineapple and bell bell pepper and fry for about 1 minute. Pour in the sauce and let it boil briefly until the meatballs are coated with the sauce.
