For blueberry pancakes, beat eggs, sugar, salt and buttermilk until foamy.

Add butter and stir flour into the mixture together with the baking powder. Let swell for about 20 minutes, then stir in the blueberries.

Heat some butter in the pan and pour 2-3 tablespoons of the pancake batter into the pan. Bake until golden brown on both sides.

Arrange the blueberry pancakes on plates, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
