For the semolina soup, melt the Rama in a pot. Sprinkle the semolina over it. Add the garlic and deglaze with water.

Add the soup cube and season with salt and pepper. Let everything boil (about 5 minutes).

Finally, turn off the heat and add the beaten egg and parsley and serve the semolina soup.
