For the dog cookies with vegetables, defrost the frozen vegetables. Mix the flour, basil and oatmeal. Add the oil and the vegetables and mix with the blender. Add 80 ml of water and continue mixing until the dough starts to separate from the side of the bowl.
Roll out the dough to half a cm thick, prick it several times with a fork and cut out corners with a knife or pizza wheel. Bake the dog cookies with vegetables for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
