For the pear-orange smoothie, wash the pear, remove the core and cut into pieces. Squeeze the oranges and half the lemon and put the juice together with the pear pieces in a tall blender jar or a stand mixer.

Add a little more water as needed and blend well with a blender or in a stand mixer. Divide the smoothie between 2 glasses and decorate each with a tablespoon of chia gel and serve immediately.
