For the vegetable steampata, first peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Cut the bell bell pepper and zucchini into small cubes. Coat a ceramic bowl about 10 cm in diameter with 1 tablespoon olive oil and fill with the mixed vegetables. Blanch in the steamer at 100 °C for 3 minutes.

In the meantime, roughly chop the nuts and beat the eggs. Season the egg mixture with salt, pepper and the dried herbs and pour over the blanched vegetables. Mix everything and steam again at 100 °C for 8 minutes.

Finely chop the fresh herbs and sprinkle over the finished vegetable steamtata. Enjoy with brown bread.
