For filled dip rolls, divide the roll into 2 halves, remove the crumbs. Grease the inside of the roll halves.
Cut peppers in half and remove the insides. Cut one half into long strips, chop the second half into small pieces.
Finely puree bread crumbs and chopped peppers with a blender, stir in paprika powder and cottage cheese and fill the mixture into the rolls. Decorate with the strips of paprika.
