Defrost peas according to instructions. Hard-cook the eggs. Cut radishes into slices, ham into strips, chives into rolls. Mix mayo with yogurt, mustard and 2/3 chives.
Layer 2/3 of the egg slices in a shallow dish. Spread ham, peas and radishes evenly on top and baste with 2/3 of the sauce. Evenly distribute the remaining egg slices, radishes and peas on top. Baste with the remaining sauce.
Sprinkle with cress and chives before serving.
Tip: It is best to use your favorite ham – then your dish will taste twice as good!
