For the salmon pasta with pine nuts and arugula, toast the pine nuts and set aside.
Sauté the diced onion in a large frying pan and add the garlic. Then sauté the pine nuts and the smoked salmon.
Add the panna cucina and season well with salt, pepper and chili powder. Add the cooked tagliatelle to the sauce and add the arugula until it is a little soft.
Serve the salmon pasta with pine nuts and arugula sprinkled with some fresh parmesan.
