For the curd cheese golaches, squeeze the lemon and grate the zest. Mix butter, sour cream and curd until smooth.
Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff, then fold in the whipped cream.
Remove the puff pastry from the package and cut into 6 equal squares. Put 1 tablespoon of curd mixture on each square, fold the corners of the squares inwards and brush with yolk.
Bake in the oven at 180 °C top-bottom heat for about 15-20 minutes until light. Serve the curd cheese golaches sprinkled with powdered sugar as desired.
