Instructions:

Soak toast in cold water for five minutes. Grind the squeezed nuts, bread, chicken soup and peeled garlic cloves together in a hand mixer or with the chopping staff of a hand blender. Fold in juice of one lemon, olive oil, chive rolls and perhaps watercress leaves. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper.

Goes well with leafy salads and short roasts.

Tip: You can use freeze-dried chives as an alternative to fresh.
