For the lemon couscous salad, boil the soup, stir in the couscous and let it swell. Peel the lemon, chop finely.
Squeeze the lemon and mix with a little sugar, salt and harissa and mix into the couscous. Cut tomatoes into small pieces and mix in.
Sauté onion in olive oil, add garlic, peas and snow peas and sauté for 4-5 minutes.
Mix into the couscous and season to taste.
