The wine diluted with tap water is added to the boil together with the spices. The egg yolk is mixed with sugar, a little cold flour and tap water. Stirring continuously, add the hot wine in a thin stream to the beaten egg. Put it in a water bath for a few minutes and beat it with a whisk. The hot, frothy broth is served in cups on the spot.

Tip: Always use aromatic spices to refine your dishes!
