Crab Pie is a delicious fish recipe for any occasion!
Clean, rinse and chop the spring onions into short pieces.
Mix the sour cream and eggs until smooth. Remove the skin from the garlic and squeeze it directly into the sour cream. Season with salt and pepper.
Put the puff pastry without the parchment paper into a pie or tart pan (approx. 260 mm diameter). Prick a few times with a fork. Fold the edge in a little bit. Spread the shrimps and spring onions on the bottom and pour the sour cream over them.
Bake the pie in a heated oven (electric oven: 200° Celsius / convection oven: 175° Celsius / gas: level 3) for about 45 minutes. Rinse and coarsely chop the dill. Sprinkle the crab pie with dill and decorate with some lemon slices if desired.
