Ready-made spice mix from Brecht consisting of galangal, ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon, cardamom and cloves Grind wheat and place in a suitable bowl with SojaCremig, vegetable margarine, cane sugar and the Christmas cookie mix. Mix with the dough hook of the hand mixer until large crumbs form. Knead the dough with your hands and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Then roll out to a thickness of about 3 mm and cut out stars with cookie cutters. Place the dough stars on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake in a heated oven at 180 degrees for about 8 minutes. Cool the stars on a cooling rack. In the meantime, spread the jam through a sieve and stir through with chopped and ground almond kernels. Spread half of the stars with the jam mixture and top with the remaining stars.

Grind cane sugar to a fine dust in a hand mixer and dust over the assembled stars with a sieve.
