For the Steak’n Bread, cut the roll lengthwise. Season beef steak with salt. Pit avocado and loosen flesh with a spoon. Finely mash together with salt, pepper and olive oil using a blender. Spread the bottom half of the bun with the avocado cream. Heat a non-stick frying pan until hot. Fry the steak until hot on both sides, about 15 seconds. At the same time, crack the egg into the pan and fry on both sides. Finally, season the steak with fresh ground pepper. Place the egg on top of the steak and place together on top of the avocado cream. Cut the arugula once and cover together with the top half of the bread.
