Instructions:

Cut the lemons into slices. Pluck the elder flowers. Pluck the lemon balm leaves from the stalk as well.

Dissolve the sugar with the citric acid in water. Add the lemon slices, flowers and lemon balm leaves.

Let the mixture stand for 4 days, stirring frequently.

Strain the syrup and bottle it.
