For the Carrots with Glazed Shallots, clean and slice carrots and place in a perforated cooking container.

Place shallots with the butter in an unperforated, covered cooking container and cook both together (at 100°C for 6 minutes or at 120°C for 3 minutes).

Add the carrots to the shallots, season with salt and pepper and serve sprinkled with parsley.
