Knead the dough ingredients into a smooth dough and let it rest for about 1/2 hour. Then roll out the dough and spread it on a greased baking pan or gratin dish. Mix whipped cream and eggs, season with nutmeg, pepper, salt and tarragon. Place the plaice rolls, shrimps and onion rings in the baking dish, pour the egg mixture over them, sprinkle with bacon cubes and bake in a heated oven at 180-200 °C for about 40 minutes.
