Instructions:

Put all ingredients in a hand mixer or food processor and whisk for 1 min. Add 175 ml cold water and continue to mix for 2 min.

Transfer the smooth paste to a saucepan and gently simmer just above boiling point for 40 min.

Cool the paste and keep as above. Use according to recipe.
